About Me
I began my career as a civil engineer working for major industrials such as DuPont, John-Deere, and General Mills. My drive to expand forced me to reach beyond civil engineering.
My career took me to Phoenix, AZ where I began managing real estate projects coast-to-coast for the automotive franchises DriveTime and Carvana. Here I learned fundamentals of real estate, site selection, launched dealerships, and industrialized the used car reconditioning process.
Opportunity arrived when Lucid Motors announced their project to build America’s first group-up EV factory in Casa Grande, AZ. I entered Lucid Motors where I lead the real estate, design, and construction teams for the Phase 1 factory, Powertrain Manufacturing Center, and their Newark, CA HQ.
Next I relocated to London, UK where I became Head of Real Estate for a commercial EV startup Arrival Automotive. Here I grew and managed their footprint of 2 million square feet and outfitted multiple factories across borders as well as their North American HQ.
In November 2022 I returned to Phoenix, AZ where I operate as the Director of Development for De Rito Partners which is a longstanding regional real estate powerhouse.
At each phase of my career I have expanded my capabilities by integrating myself deep into the business functions. After understanding your business inside-out I will apply the cross-functional tools gained over my career to optimze every step of the real estate and facility process.
